Show HN: Discuss CLI – No more reviewing agent plans in the terminal

I'm a big user of Codex and Claude Code in the terminal. However after a big brainstorming and planning session I was finding myself with lots of comments and questions about difference places in the plan file. So I built Discuss CLI. It turns any Markdown file (or stdin -) into a browser review surface with PR-style comments. Your existing coding agent session can gets your comments passed through to it and it reply in the margins.
